Dispatch conditions:

Deliveries into countries other than Germany will only be possible against cash in advance,
via credit card or through PayPal (only if the country to ship to is supported by PayPal).

Shipping and handling within Germany:

With orders against cash in advance up to 300.00€
shipping and handling is 3.90€.

With orders against cash in advance from 300.00€ up to 1,000.00€
shipping and handling is 8.00€.

With orders against cash in advance from 1,000.00€ up to 2,500.00€
shipping and handling is 15.00€.

With orders against cash in advance from 2,500.00€ up to 25,000.00€
shipping and handling is 25.00€.

With orders against COD (Cash on delivery) up to 50.00€
shipping and handling is 8.90€.

With orders against COD von 50.00€ up to 500.00€
shipping and handling is 13.00€.

With orders against COD von 500.00€ up to 1,500.00€
shipping and handling is 20.00€.

Orders with COD are only possible up to a total of 1,500.00€.

Shipping and handling within the EU:

With orders against cash in advance up to 500.00€
shipping and handling is 20.00€.

With orders against cash in advance from 500.00€ up to 2,500.00€
shipping and handling is 30.00€.

With orders against cash in advance from 2,500.00€ up to 25,000.00€
shipping and handling is 60.00€.

Shipping and handling outside the EU and to Switzerland:

Orders only possible against cash in advance, via credit card or through PayPal (only if the country to ship to is supported by PayPal). Shipping and handling is 60.00€.

Damage on transport:

We point out that we - the Miquel Schmuck & Uhren GmbH - are taking
the risk of sinking or damage of the goods during transport, in case the customer is
a consumer in terms of § 13 BGB (Federal Code of Law).

Cash or payment via EC when self pick-up:

For reasons of security, it's inalienable to get in contact with us before, if you plan to choose or
to pick up your new watch directly at our location in Teuschnitz.

 Extra fees when paying with a credit card or paying through PayPal:

When chosing "credit card" as Your way of payment we will charche 2.5% on the final price of the ordered articles.

When paying through PayPal we will charche the following on the final price of the ordered articles:
If shipment within Germany: 1.2%
If shipment to other countries within the EU: 2.8%

Customs and import duties for deliveries to countries outside the EU:

We would like to point out that deliveries to countries outside the European Union (third-party countries) could incur additional customs duties and/or taxes once the purchased goods reach the third-party country. These additional customs duties and/or taxes are for account of the Buyer. The Seller has no influence on these fees and, as customs regulations vary considerable from country to country, is also not able to not pre-determine their amount. We therefore recommend that the Buyer contacts the responsible customs office in the third-party country to obtain information on possible customs fees and/or local taxes.

Our opening hours:

Monday to Saturday from 9.00 till 12.00 a.m. and from 2.00 up to 6.00 p.m.
Wednesday- and Saturday-afternoon closed.
